Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Shift Amp, an employee scheduling service provided by ShiftAmp LLC. By creating an account or using Shift Amp you agree to them.
The service
Shift Amp lets organizations build and publish employee schedules and lets employees view schedules, propose availability, request time off, and arrange shift coverage subject to manager approval. During the pilot phase the service is provided on an early-access basis and features may change.
Accounts and organizations
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- Organization owners and administrators control their organization’s data, membership, and roles, and are responsible for having the right to enter their employees’ information into the service.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no interference with other organizations’ data, no unlawful content, no reselling without our written agreement.
Availability and support
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and pilot support is provided on a best-effort basis during business hours (see the Support page). Scheduled information should always be confirmed through your organization’s normal channels in an emergency.
Data
Organization data belongs to the organization. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. On termination or verified deletion request, we remove or anonymize data as described there.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” during the pilot. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftAmp LLC disclaims implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability for claims relating to the service to the amounts paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to organization owners in advance. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
